I have spent the better half of a decade obsessing over personal development and human behaviour which I used to overcome addiction and suicide to thriving in my career and starting a business.
My goal is to be a leading professional In the field of high performance by combining my studies in chiropractic(body) and understanding of the human prime directive(mind) to help assist humanity live life on their terms and to the fullest.

Without clarity on who you are, how you want to feel, what you want and how to get it - it is likely you will be told what to want, what to feel and what to pursue.
If you aren't clear on what you want your day to be you leave it open for it to be anything - whether that be something desirable OR not.
